People Networks

CIBC’s ten People Networks (e.g., Women’s Network, Pride Network, Black Employee Network etc.) are designed to connect and support team members from all different backgrounds. Everyone is welcome to join the Networks and learn about the cultures and communities that make up CIBC.

CIBC Capital Markets Inclusion & Diversity Advisory Council

The Capital Markets Inclusion & Diversity Advisory Council was formed in February 2010 and is comprised of senior leaders from across the business lines. The council members act as ambassadors who support the execution of the inclusion and diversity initiatives within the Capital Markets group.

This year, CIBC was recognized as one of Canada’s Best Diversity Employers (2018) by Mediacorp.
